Need I say more? I just love steamed blue crabs. Even though they say they are bad for you – what isn’t? Here ya go, for those of you out there watching your weight, there’s no carbs! For those of you watching you salt content – get minimum seasoning or rinse off and dip! Hey, they are a B-12 vitamin. They taste great. Even more, I love the snow crab as well, with butter. Mmmmmm.

I have just started this in March, and as soon as I switched to my approved breads, fruits, lunchmeat, and juices, my son’s eczema went away. Not sure which item did it, but it was a good thing. He would have me rub the moisturizer on his legs almost every night. Now, it has cleared. Amazing! I selected a few items from the approved list that I know we normally eat for breakfast, lunch, and very little dinner as I do cook anyway. But other items such as Now as far as the hyperactivity, he has slowed down a quite a bit. More calm, more focused at home. But I am still waiting for a change in school. I’ve been doing this not exactly 100% due to the overwhelming products and choices. I did my purchase through the ebook so that I can carry it with me on my Nook to the store. I have been fortunate enough to have a local Mom’s Organic, WF, & TJ’s in my area. My blog is fairly unequipped as I am slowy remembering that I have one. Please feel free to join my blog :)

Breakfast:

1. Approved bagel w/cream cheese, egg, banana, milk or;

2. Approved cold cereal w/milk, egg, pears, or;

3. Pancakes/fr. toast maple syrup, bacon, egg, pears, or;

School lunch : ( this is my struggling part so far)

1. So far I have been doing 5 chic nuggets w/homemade dip (un-tomato, mayo, & 2 drops of mustard), chips & pear juice.

2. Lunchmeat & cheese w/crackers, Pear juice, apprvd candy

3. This is my test. Tortilla w/chic or lunchmeat (he is not really good with eating for some reason, he will eat anything though when he is hungry. This is when I will put him through the test (on the wknds).

Dinner:

Dinner is pretty simple for me. Any fresh or frozen at home from store meat, any vegtable, & apprvd starch. Nothing pretty fancy here. I will post my dinners if anyone want more ideas…

Thanks for reading.

Books

Fifty Shades: I read the first book. It was everything that most people spoke about so far. The repetitious words, the inner goddess, jeez, etc. My thoughts so far, if it wasn’t for her own inner thoughts throughout the book, it would be 1 instead of 3 books. On to the second…

The second was a little bit better. It took me a while to finish. So, I guess the 3rd may be to come. The reading was a bit reputitious and I would forget just how many “days” that they new each other, only like 2 weeks or something and so much happened.

My book selections are more on the mystery & crime selections so far and I have purchased some and gather more in the freebie sections of ebook reading.

My Cooking

Seafood at Oysterette

You name it, I will try it! within reason. I am not a gourmet cook, though. I used to eat out more than in. Now, expenses has got the best of me.

Italian, seafood, comfort foods, anything w/gravies. Love omlettes of most kinds.

Shrimp: The other day I steamed my shrimp with a little water, lemon juice, onions,  fresh garlic, & a couple shots of hot sauce.

Roast Pork: This is one of my favorites. I usually buy the pork shoulder picnic. I would use a pepper seasoning or pepper rub, sprinke garlic powder, onion powder, & fresh sliced onions  and put it all over the meat. I turn the meat so the fatty part is faced up so that it will be moist. Add a about a 1 to 2 cups of water. That’s it! Put it in the oven at about 375 for an hour. Then I let it cook for another 1/2 an hour or so on 275 and whalla!

I still like to read everyone else’s blogs and cannot help to post to them! What do ya do? It’s fun! Well, I guess we all have something to say about something. It doesn’t hurt to speak your mind on a blog. I find it very easy. Now, all I have to do is get myself together and do the same to my own, Huh? Well, I need to first spread my word on my social networks, force my friends to join, bug them if they don’t to get this thing rolling! Then ask everyone else to do the same. Sounds easy enough. One of my biggest problems in this begining is, I need to check in more often! I can’t seem to plug in all the time. I think it will take a little time. Once I get permission from the little one – he steals most of my time and I grant him that, for some reason.
